Mary Kay and Terrell Brown Oysters Mocsa / Sensation Salad
1 15 ounce can of Progresso Italian breadcrumbs
1½ tablespoon crushed red pepper
3 lemons juiced
1¼ cups olive oil
2-3 cloves garlic, pressed
5 tablespoons fresh finely chopped parsley
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
½ gallon oysters
Chop parsley first in Cuisinart and remove, but you don’t need to wash chopper.
Combine all ingredients in Cuisinart except oysters and oil.
Scoop into bowl.
Toss oysters saving a little for the top.
Bake 350 for about 30 minutes, until oysters curland top is brown (or) place under broiler to brown top.
8 ounces or Romano cheese block
3-4 pods of garlic
Grate cheese and garlic together in Cuisinart
Remove from processor and put in large jar
In processor, pour:
1 cup of salad oil – Canola oil is my choice
1 cup of olive oil
The juice of 2 large or 3 regular lemons
Blend and pour into jar with the cheese. Shake and refrigerate.
